About Abdurahman King
I did not have a perfect plan.
I had responsibility.
I’m Abdurahman King. A British entrepreneur, founder of Kwayse and father who has spent more than 12 years building businesses and raising a family in Egypt.
After starting again in a foreign country, I went from selling cakes and products online to building a digital agency that has served more than 150 businesses worldwide.
Today, I share practical lessons on business, marketing, online income, life in Egypt and building a better life abroad.

The beginning
London → Egypt
I became Muslim, got married,
and moved to Egypt.
I reverted to Islam in London. About a year later, after getting married, I made the decision to leave the UK and move to Egypt so we could raise our family in an environment closer to our values.
It was a major decision. I did not speak Arabic, I did not have a local network and I did not have a detailed long-term plan. What I did have was responsibility to provide, adapt and keep moving.
The move was grounded in tawakkul: trusting God while still taking the practical steps needed to make life work. That balance between faith, responsibility and action has shaped nearly every business decision I have made since.
Trust matters, but so does doing the work in front of you.
The hustle years
Starting again
The Years That Taught Me How
Business Really Works
Soon after moving, the remote job I had relied on came to an end. That forced me to stop waiting for the perfect opportunity and begin experimenting with what I could do using the skills, time and resources I had.
Some ideas worked for a while. Others failed. Every attempt taught me something about customers, pricing, margins, marketing, persistence and the difference between an idea that sounds good and one people will actually pay for.
Chapter 01
Selling Cakes
One of the earliest businesses was selling homemade cakes. It was simple, practical and taught me the basics of taking an idea, finding customers and delivering something people valued.
Chapter 02
Exporting Products
I explored physical-product opportunities, including exporting pizza boxes and learning how supply, logistics, pricing and international trade affect whether a business can actually work.
Chapter 03
Selling Through eBay
Chapter 04
Building My Own Ecommerce Store
To reduce my dependence on marketplaces, I built my own online store. That meant learning web design, SEO, digital marketing and conversion from scratch. The store eventually sold to customers in more than 14 countries.
Then to now
Building Kwayse
Solving My Own Problem
Became an Agency
Building my own ecommerce store changed everything. To make it work, I had to learn websites, SEO, digital marketing, conversion and how businesses attract and retain customers.
Once I had developed those skills, other business owners started asking for help. Kwayse was not originally a grand agency plan. It was the natural result of solving my own problems and realising I could help other businesses solve theirs.
I founded Kwayse in 2019. Since then, the agency has worked with more than 150 businesses across websites, SEO, Google Ads, digital strategy and growth.
I still run the business today. I still speak to clients, make decisions, deal with challenges, manage delivery and adapt as the market changes. What I share is not theory from a course. It comes from continuing to do the work.

Online Income & Entrepreneurship
Turning useful skills into services, creating income online, testing ideas and learning how businesses work in the real world.

Why This Exists
Experience,
Not Empty Theory
There is no shortage of people online telling you how to make money or build a business. But much of the advice comes from people who are no longer doing the work, or who have never had to build under real pressure.
I still run Kwayse. I still work with clients, make decisions, deal with challenges and adapt as business changes. That means what I share is current, practical and grounded in experience.
Abdurahman Digital exists to share what I have learned about business, marketing, online income and building a life abroad, including the mistakes, difficult seasons and lessons that rarely make it into polished success stories.
The aim is simple: to help you make clearer decisions, develop useful skills and take practical steps toward building a better life.
Practical Over Performative
Values Without Exclusion
My faith shapes how I live and work, but the practical lessons are for anyone who finds them useful.
Current Experience
I am still building, serving clients and learning rather than teaching from a distant success story.
